These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website located at insulationeauclaire.com and your engagement with Precision Eau Claire Insulation for insulation services. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or engaging our services.
By accessing our website or engaging Precision Eau Claire Insulation for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Precision Eau Claire Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area and surrounding communities. Our services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, basement insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and related work.
All services are provided by trained professionals in accordance with applicable Wisconsin building codes and energy standards. Specific scope, materials, and methods for any project are defined in the written estimate or contract provided to you prior to work beginning.
We provide written estimates before any work begins. An estimate represents our best assessment of the cost and scope of a project based on the information available at the time. Estimates are not final contracts.
If unforeseen conditions are discovered during work - such as hidden damage, existing moisture issues, or additional areas requiring treatment - we will notify you before proceeding with any work beyond the original scope. You will have the opportunity to approve or decline any changes before additional costs are incurred.
All pricing is stated in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to a signed agreement. Once a written agreement is signed by both parties, pricing is fixed to the terms of that agreement.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows that result in wasted crew time or materials may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you in advance.
We will make every reasonable effort to arrive at the scheduled time. Delays can occur due to weather, prior job overruns, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you as early as possible.
For spray foam and other projects requiring occupant evacuation, you are responsible for making arrangements to vacate the premises during the work window as instructed. Failure to do so may require rescheduling.
Payment terms are specified in your written estimate or contract. In general, payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees as described in your contract. Unpaid accounts may be referred to a collections agency after a reasonable notice period.
Precision Eau Claire Insulation is not responsible for any rebates or tax credits you may be entitled to as a result of qualifying work. We will provide the documentation needed to apply for rebates where applicable, but receipt of any rebate or credit is between you and the applicable program or government agency.
To allow us to complete work safely and properly, you agree to:
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in delays, additional costs, or the inability to complete the project as scoped.
Precision Eau Claire Insulation stands behind the quality of our work. Any specific warranty terms will be outlined in your written contract or estimate. In general, we warrant that work will be performed in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with applicable codes.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by conditions outside of our control, including flooding, structural failure, pest infestation, improper modifications by others after project completion, or normal wear over time.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
